WODcast Tracks Scores for Crossfit Triton Summer Throwdown

On June 2nd, 2012, WODcast was privileged to head over to Wallingford, Connecticut to track the scores for Crossfit Triton’s Summer Throwdown. The intense multi-WOD competition for both RX/Scaled divisions was an amazing turnout, with local Crossfit athletes competing from all over the tri-state area. This was Crossfit Triton’s first (of hopefully many) annual Summer Throwdowns. The event was not just any regular competition – but all the proceeds from the throwdown benefited the Special Olympics of Connecticut.
